Thu 20 Mar, 2014

Four of Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service's fire stations are holding charity car washes on Saturday 29th March.

Firefighters at Beaconsfield Fire Station (10am to 2pm), Bletchley Fire Station (10am to 2pm), Great Missenden Fire Station (10am to 5pm) and Olney Fire Station (10am to 2pm) will be raising money for The Fire Fighters Charity, which provides assistance to serving and retired fire and rescue service staff, their families and dependants.

Half the proceeds from the car wash at Great Missenden Fire Station will be presented to Esmé's Allstars, a foundation supporting a three-year old girl from Wendover who suffers from the genetic disorder Rett syndrome, which causes severe mental and physical disability.

Further dates will be added when announced.
