Marlow flooding update
Thu 20 Feb, 2014
Pumping operations at Marlow, which started on Thursday 6 February, have been scaled down as the level of the River Thames continues to fall.
The High Volume Pump from Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service, which has been supporting Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service's flood relief work in Marlow since 10 February, left at 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday 20 February).
It came to help as part of a mutual assistance agreement that exists among fire and rescue services across the country.
