Public consultation - still four weeks to go
Mon 15 Sep, 2014
There are still four weeks to go if you would like to take part in the public consultation on our new 2015-20 Public Safety Plan.
The plan was approved for consultation by our governing body, Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority, in June this year. The consultation period started in July and is open until Monday 13 October 2014. Anyone over the age of 16 is invited to take part.
We welcome feedback on our plans from the people we serve as well as those with a specific interest in our service, such as our own staff and other organisations with whom we work.
This is your opportunity to help shape our future development. You can see our new plan here and respond to the consultation using the online questionnaire.
A summary of all the responses to the consultation will be reported to Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority and fully considered before any final decisions are taken.
The Public Safety Plan, together with any changes recommended as a result of the outcomes of the consultation, will be presented back to Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority in December 2014 for approval.
