One appliance and crew from Beaconsfield and one from High Wycombe attended.

An area of around 10 metres by 20 metres of railway embankment was on fire.

Firefighters used one hose reel.

Trains were temporarily stopped in both directions while the firefighters worked at the scene.

One appliance and crew from Newport Pagnell, two from West Ashland and an officer attended. Firefighters assisted South Central Ambulance Service and British Transport Police with a casualty.

Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe, one from Beaconsfield, one from Amersham, four from Aylesbury (Urban Search and Rescue), two from Maidenhead and four officers attended (about 40 firefighters and officers in total). Firefighters assisted British Transport Police, Thames Valley Police and Network Rail.

Emergency services dealt with an incident on the railway line between High Wycombe and Princes Risborough. More details to come.

 

One appliance and crew from Amersham and an officer attended. Firefighters used a toolkit to remove the sleeper after trains were stopped and the power to the area involved was isolated.
