Appliances and crew from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire attended a fire in a ground floor bin store of a nine-story domestic high-rise building. At the height of the incident eight appliances and crew, along with Thames Valley Police and South-Central Ambulance Service, were at the scene.
As well as fire damage to the bin store there was also Smoke logging on the fourth and fifth floor of the building. There were no casualties, and a full evacuation of the building was implemented. To extinguish the fire and make the area safe firefighters used
