Car fire
M40 northbound between junction 3 (Loudwater) and junction 4 (High Wycombe)
One appliance and crew from Beaconsfield, one from Gerrards Cross, one from High Wycombe, along with an officer attended.
A car was well alight on arrival on the hard shoulder.
The firefighters used one set of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera.
The hard shoulder and lane one were closed, National highways also attended to make the scene safe.
