M40 southbound, between Junction 3 (Loudwater) and Junction 2 (Beaconsfield)
One appliance and crew from Beaconsfield, and one from High Wycombe attended.
The car was on the hard shoulder of the motorway.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel.
