Car on fire inside garage
Amersham Road, Chalfont St Peter
One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross and one from Amersham attended.
A fire within the engine compartment of a car had spread to affect the detached garage.
The firefighters used:
- A short extension ladder
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel
- One safety jet
- A thermal imaging camera
The garage was 100 per cent damaged by smoke, and around 10 per cent damaged by fire.
