One appliance and crew from High Wycombe attended.
One man was released, injured, from the quad bike when they arrived. A second man was released, uninjured, from the car before they arrived.
The firefighters made the scene safe and provided assistance to South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
