Fire in bedroom
Newport Road, Brooklands, Milton Keynes
One appliance and crew from Broughton attended.
A fire, in the bedroom of a first floor flat, was out when they arrived.
The firefighters used a short extension ladder and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
The bedroom was around 10 per cent damaged by fire and 30 per cent damaged by smoke.
