Fire in outdoor bin

Fires like this often start when someone disposes of a cigarette which has not been put out properly. When disposing of cigarettes, please make sure they have no hot embers which could set fire to other things in the bin.

Please don't throw cigarette ends out of your car, or drop them on the ground.
