Hob fire

One appliance and crew from West Ashland and one from Broughton attended an incident involving a hob fire. The fire had been extinguished before the arrival of the crews. One female adult suffered burns to the tops of her hands. Firefighters gave immediate emergency care, casualty was left in the care of a relative and advised to attend A&E. Firefighters also used PPV fan used to clear light smoke logging in the kitchen.
