One appliance and crew from West Ashland attended.
Water was leaking and causing a smoke alarm to sound.
The firefighters used small gear and isolated the water leak under a bath.
The ground floor and first floor of the building were damaged by water.
The electricity supply for the building was isolated, and the firefighters provided advice.
