Kitchen fire
Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes
One appliance and crew from Broughton, two from West Ashland, along with an officer attended.
Light smoke was issuing from a first floor flat within a three-storey block.
The firefighters rescued one man who was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The fire was located in the kitchen.
They used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
