Microwave fire

One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross, one from Beaconsfield, one from Slough and one from Langley, along with one officer attended.

There was a fire in the microwave on the first floor of a two-storey building measuring approximately 40m x 40m.

The fire was out on arrival and the firefighters were able to remove the microwave from the building to make the scene safe.

The firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to check for any hotspots.

They provided incident emergency care to two women, before South Central Ambulance Service arrived.
