Rescue from water

One appliance and crew from Broughton, one from West Ashland and the Rescue Boat and crew from Newport Pagnell attended, along with an officer.

Firefighters used wide area flooding kit to rescue a man who had become trapped in the canal.

The firefighters provided the man with immediate emergency care and foil blankets, before passing him into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
