Firefighters gave oxygen to a man suffering from the effects of breathing in smoke and was then treated by South Central Ambulance Service and taken to hospital. Residents were advised to avoid the area, stay indoors and keep windows and doors closed while the incident was being dealt with, due to the volume of smoke being produced.
