One appliance and crew from West Ashland and one from Newport Pagnell attended.
Cooking, left in an oven, had burnt and caused a small fire. The fire was out when the firefighters arrived.
They used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke logging to the flat.
The firefighters also isolated the cooker and carried out a Home Fire Safety Visit.
