Van fire affecting commercial building
Beacon Retail Park, Watling Street, Bletchley
Thames Valley Fire Control Service has received multiple calls to an incident in Beacon Retail Park in Bletchley.
Appliances and crews currently attending are from:
- Broughton
- Newport Pagnell
- West Ashland
- Woburn
- Buckingham
There are also two officers at the scene.
One van was fully involved in the fire on arrival.
Firefighters are using
- One set of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel jet
- One main jet
A building near by has been evacuated and there is smoke in the area.

One man was cared for by South Central Ambulance Service suffering from the effects of burns.
The van was 100 per cent damaged by the fire.
The building was around 15 per cent damaged by heat.
