About the role

The role of our administrators is varied and the heart of the organisation. The team provides crucial administrative support to our Prevention and Protection teams as well as being the first point of contact with members of the public, and our partner organisations.  

The role will include

  • Manage incoming queries and referrals
  • Stock control
  • Reporting
    • General administrative tasks

About you

We are looking for someone who is:  

  • Motivated and focused
  • A great communicator who is personable
  • A problem solver, who actively looks for ways to make processes better
  • Organised and can prioritise tasks

Experience and skills required 

Essential requirements include: 

  • Experience of working in an office or administrative role
    • IT literate, competent using Microsoft packages

The package

£25,575 rising to £26,046 per Year

  • Fixed term, for 12 months
  • 37-hour week
