If successful at our Assessment Centre, you may be offered a substantive role, at the level being applied for.
The Assessment Centre consists of a:
- Communication assessment (written and a presentation)
- Interview assessment (strength based and competency based)
- Group assessment (team interaction behaviours)
You will then be required to attend an ICS validation assessment.
For Station Commander and above, a base location within Buckinghamshire where the officer would respond from, out of normal working hours, must be provided to satisfy organisational and operational requirements.
We offer enhanced salaries and access to flexible vehicle lease options or provided vehicle for flexi duty roles. Re-location packages may be considered for the right candidate.
