One car had been involved in a collision with a telephone mast located on a roundabout.
Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to release one man, injured, who was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service. A second man was out of the car, uninjured, when they arrived.
Thames Valley Police and an engineer from the telephone company also attended.
