One appliance and crew from Broughton, one from West Ashland, along with an officer attended.
Two men were out of the car on arrival, one was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The firefighters made the vehicle safe, and a full road closure was put in place.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
