The BMKFA People Strategy 2016 - 2020 was approved by Members on 3 February 2016

Aligned with the Public Safety Plan and Corporate Plan, this strategy has been developed for delivery through a web-based platform, demonstrating our commitment to delivering improvement and taking a fresh look at how we deliver our services. 

This innovative, interactive approach is designed to give employees (current and prospective), and members of the public an in-depth understanding of how we are continually looking to engage our workforce in moving forward with the Authority's vision, aims and priorities.
