Two appliances and crews from West Ashland attended, along with an officer.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman, who was out of her vehicle, injured when they arrived. They also released one man, injured.
Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service also attended.
The road was closed while the emergency services were at the scene.
