Prepare your application
In order to complete your application, we will require you to complete a supporting statement/question and for you to obtain your training records. These documents will be required alongside other documentation should your application be successful, such as references, DBS check, medicals and kit fittings.

The selection process will involve attending an interview, presentation, and behavioural workshop, which assesses your leadership and behaviours. In addition to this, you will be required to attend a Role Related assessment day. These assessments will be held in July 2026.
