One appliance and crew from Broughton, one from Newport Pagnell, along with an officer attended.
A car had become stuck in a ditch.
The firefighters closed the road both ways in order to make the scene safe.
They also assisted two women out from the car and passed them into the care of the South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
