Three appliances and crew, two from High Wycombe and one from Beaconsfield attended a road traffic collision involving three cars. Also in attendance an appliance and crew from Oxfordshire Fire & Resuce Service, Thames Valley Police, Helicopter Emergency Medical Service and South Central Ambulance.
Two adult females and two adult males were out of their vehicles before the arrival of the Fire Service. Firefighters used small tools and immediate emergency care equipment to assist a medically trapped female and provide aid to the other casualties. Highways and Thames Valley Police put a full lane and slip road closure in place.
Incident handed over to Highways and Thames Valley Police.
