Two appliances and crews from West Ashland, and one from Newport Pagnell attended, along with an officer.
A van was well alight in a driveway when they arrived.
The fire also affected two garages, a gas intake and the external fascia boards of a house.
The firefighters used:
- Four sets of breathing apparatus
- Two respirators
- One main jet
- Two hose reel jets
- A thermal imaging camera
The firefighters removed four cylinders from the garage and cooled them. The gas provider attended to isolate the gas supply.
The van was 100 per cent damaged by the fire. The garages were around 25 per cent damaged by smoke and fire.
