One appliance and crew from Amersham attended, along with an officer.
One woman was being cared for by South Central Ambulance Service when the firefighters arrived.
The firefighters provided support to the ambulance crew and used an immediate emergency care pack.
They also made the scene safe. The road was partially closed while they worked at the scene.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
