Two appliances and crew from West Ashland and the water rescue unit from Newport Pagnell attended, along with an officer.
One car was located, fully submerged in the canal.
Firefighters wearing wading gear provided assistance to Thames Valley Police and a vehicle recovery unit.
They searched the car, and surrounding area, and helped with the recovery of the car.
