Two appliances and crews from West Ashland attended, along with an officer.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman, injured. They used hydraulic rescue equipment to release her and passed her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Five men were out of their car, uninjured, before they arrived.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
