One appliance and crew from Aylesbury and one from Thame attended, along with an officer.
A car and an HGV lorry had been involved in a collision.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one man, before passing him into the care of South Central Ambulance Service. A second man was out, uninured, before they arrived.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
