Two crews from Broughton, two from West Ashland, one from Newport Pagnell, along with an officer attended.
A small fire was located within a hallway of a residential building. The firefighters used one hose reel jet, a thermal imaging camera and an immediate emergency care kit.
A man was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
