Two crews from Aylesbury attended alongside an officer.
Firefighters were called to a single car involved in a road traffic collision.
The car was on its roof, one male adult was medically trapped, believed to have sustained head injuries.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care and assisted by South Central Ambulance Service released the adult from the car and handed him into their care.
Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.
