One crew from West Ashland alongside the Wildfire Unit from West Ashland attended.
Firefighters were called to a fire in the woods affecting an area of undergrowth and soil measuring approximately fifty meters by twenty meters.
Firefighters used:
- Two hose reel jets
- Fog spike
- Small gear
- Thermal imaging camera
Crews remained on scene for an extended period of time.
Re-inspections will be taking place throughout the evening.
