One crew from Broughton and two crews from West Ashland investigated reports of light smoke issuing from a vehicle located on the first floor of a three‑storey car park.
Crews carried out further checks, used a thermal imaging camera and implemented dry riser equipment as a precaution.
The vehicle was removed from the car park, all areas were checked and found to be cool, and the scene was made safe.
