Two crews (Amersham, Beaconsfield) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a fire located within a kitchen of a first floor flat. All occupants were out of the property prior to the arrival of the fire service.
Firefighters carried out immediate emergency care and provided oxygen to one adult female as a precautionary measure.
The property sustained approximately 20% damage by fire and 100% damage by smoke.

- Positive pressure ventilation fan
