Three crews (Two West Ashland, Buckingham) alongside three Uban Search and Rescue Units from Aylesbury and an officer were in attendance.
Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision involving a single decker bus and a 7.5 tonne Heavy Goods Vehicle lorry.
One adult male was trapped in the lorry and one adult male was trapped on the bus, both sustained injuries.
Firefighters used haydraulic equipment to release both males and passed them into the care of South Central Ambulance service.
A road closure was put into place.
Thames Valley Police and Helicopter Emergency Medical Services were also in attendance.
