Business Fire Safety Advisor (Fixed term)

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential:

• GCSEs (Grades C/4–9 or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience conducting fire safety audits, inspections, or fire risk assessments.
• Knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety (or the commitment to achieve it within 12 months).
• We welcome applications from individuals who are currently working towards their Level 3 qualification in Fire Safety. Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety qualification.
• Full training, mentoring, and structured development support will be provided to help you achieve competence and progress confidently in the role.

Desirable:

• NEBOSH Fire or General Certificate. Fire service or enforcement background. Understanding of business engagement and the role of fire safety in community resilience.
