About this vacancy

This role provides essential organisational and governance support to senior leaders and Members, ensuring meetings, communication and key processes run smoothly and to a high professional standard. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, anticipating needs, managing complex schedules and supporting the delivery of strategic and democratic functions across the Service. You will be responsible for:

•Coordinating high‑level meetings including agendas, papers and accurate minutes

•Managing senior leaders’ diaries and arranging travel and logistics

•Supporting democratic processes through preparing and publishing Member papers

•Providing proactive administrative support

 

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of two GCSEs (or equivalent) including grade 4 (c) Maths and English.

• Ability to travel independently around Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes and at times further afield. Experience:

• Proven office / administration experience

• Experience of working within a dynamic and at times demanding environment whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Personal assistant duties experience
