One crew from Aylesbury, Amersham and Princes Risborough, supported by three crews from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and three officers, attended a seven-acre field fire in Medmenham.
A fallen electricity line had set fire to a tree. The electricity board also attended. Firefighters used hose reels and beaters to bring the fire under control. Crews will remain at the scene for some time, dampening down and checking for hotspots.
