Two crews from Slough, one crew from Langley, one crew from Beaconsfield and one crew from Gerrards Cross attended a fire involving undergrowth, scrubland and trees.
Approximately 700 square metres of undergrowth, shrubs, trees and logs were involved in the fire. Crews divided the incident into two sectors and worked to contain the fire, prevent further spread and protect the surrounding woodland.
Firefighters used four main jets, supplied by a hydrant and base pump, along with beaters, backpacks and small gear to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters carried out a number of re-inspections using thermal imaging cameras.
