Two crews from Aylesbury alongside an officer attended a road traffic collision involving a bus and two cars.
One man was medically trapped in the car. Firefighters used cutting gear equipment to release the trapped casualty. The casualty was passed into the care of South-Central Ambulance Service.
Thames valley police were in attendance, and a full road closure was put in place.
