One crew from High Wycombe, one crew from Beaconsfield and one crew from slough alongside an officer attended a road traffic collision involving three cars.
One female was medically trapped. Firefighters released the female and she was passed into the care of South-Central Ambulance Service.
Thame valley police were in attendance, and a full road closure was put in place.
