Seven appliances and crews and two officers attended.

A smoke alarm was sounding when they arrived, and a smell of burning could be traced to a fourth-floor flat.
The firefighters used four sets of breathing apparatus and searched the flat, which was found to be empty.
An unattended pan had caused smoke logging.
South Central Ambulance Service and Thames Valley Police also attended.
