One appliance and crew from West Ashland, one from Broughton, along with an officer attended.
A man and woman were out on arrival, another woman had become trapped within a car.
The firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to release the woman, passing her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A road closure was put in place.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
