Two appliances and crews from West Ashland attended, along with an officer.
One car was off the road and in a ditch when they arrived.
The firefighters helped one man, uninjured, out of the car. They used rescue equipment to remove the roof of the car to release a second man, injured, who was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
