Key sites within the service area include The National Film and Television School, the river Thames, Cliveden House and Bekonscot model village. The station ensures rapid response to emergencies across Wooburn, Seer Green, Penn and Loudwater.

The station is equipped with one fire appliances and a specialist water rescue unit including a boat that enables the teams to handle a wide range of emergencies effectively.
