One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross, and one from Langley attended.
Every one was out of the cars when the firefighters arrived. They provided first aid to those suffering minor injuries and used an immediate emergency care kit.
The police and ambulance services also attended.
The incident was left in the hands of National Highways.
